Questions we hear most often.

How long does a project take?

Starter Site launches in about 4 weeks once content is in hand. Brand + Site runs 6–8 weeks. The biggest variable is how quickly we can get content, photography, and decisions from your side.

What's the payment schedule?

50% to kick off, 25% at design approval, 25% at launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

Do you work with clients outside the US?

We focus on US-based small businesses. Outside the US, English-language clients, on a case-by-case basis.

Who actually does the work?

We do. There is no outsourcing layer. Marc handles design, development, and SEO. Amy handles project delivery and client experience.

What happens after launch?

Every package includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that you can either run it yourself or move to a Growth Partner retainer.

Can you take over an existing site?

Yes, when it makes sense. Sometimes the right answer is a rebuild. We will tell you honestly which one applies.

Do you do SEO without a website rebuild?

Yes — as a standalone project or via the Growth Partner retainer. Local SEO audits often surface 80% of the gains without a full rebuild.
